In another moment of unbelievable strangeness in the cosmose, I ate lunch with a baby today. No, not a babe. A baby. My old boss Kris's new baby girl, Morgan. Kris was there, too. The baby is cute. It stared at me a lot. I did not hold it or offer to hold it. Nooooooo. I'm afraid she'll inherit her father's big Irish head, though. The baby, being six weeks old, didn't add much to the conversation.

I'm hoping for a date tonight. A date that's been postponed about 3 or 4 times already. And Deb. That's Deb. My Deb ... is arranging a little outside-the-family trick of her own with a switch boi we've had our eyes on for, well, years. I'm kind of excited (and not just because it might be my turn next). I remember the last time we shared some smoochies with this little one, and she can put some frisk in your britches, which Deb certainly deserves a big load of after this cruel summer.

And speaking of Deb, wooooo-damn my baby is walking around in this little short black sheath dress pullover thing. Short. Real short. Ungh.

And my fun thing for today: I got totally busted.
