Oddly, words start to fail me when I try to describe what Deb means to me. I love her dearly, and she's the best thing that ever happened to me. She loves me, she takes care of me, she understands me better than anyone else. My life is full and rich because of her.

Deb has the day off, but of course she's got errands planned and a trip to the Farmers Market, which will be fun for her. I think it's physically impossible for her to just laze around the house like I'd do on my birthday.

Tonight we'll go out to Babette's and I'll show her the brochure for the bed and breakfast where we'll be staying in Savannah. It's not much of a present for the actual day, but I think she'll really enjoy the trip in two weeks.
