Yes, that's dog poo under that butterfly.

The spider is the image I'm most proud of. I woke up at about three-something in the morning when the back yard motion-sensor light came on and saw this spider that had built in our bedroom window. I got up, got the Canon EOS Rebel Digital and my tripod and took three exposures that were between 13 and 15 seconds each. The first one had a pretty blurry spider because she was eating.

The lady who was going to give us a Yorkie changed her mind. Which is just as well, because Angel's name has now been changed to Money Pit. She's got to have another surgery to have a thing removed. This one on her ass. That surgery combined with yearly innoculations and other stuff is going to add up to about $800. If we're lucky.

So. No new dog.

Another cool thing in the photography realm: go to Minx Models in the freelance section, search for females between 5'1"-5'6", and look for Jules D. I took that picture. Yeahhhhh! She was a great model.

Oh, and I had an amazing date last night. Two new characters: a stunt coordinator and actress. Worked great.

Also spent a good part of the afternoon helping Sara design the memorial pages for the officer who died in the line of duty last year. This goes in the annual report for the police department. I think it turned out really good.

And finally, Zenslut ETA, Wednesday. Zenslut comes Thursday. Heh. And speaking of whom, look who got a major mention in The Village Voice from Tristan Taormino. Damn. Go, heir apparent to slutdom. Does this make me a star-fucker now?
