Hey, Grouse, how many inches is this? I think it looks like five, but you know how we guys are about judging inches. Heh, heh. The news says it's 4.6" so far.

I got up at 5:40 with Angel, and it took me so long to pee and get dressed and bundled up and feed the cats and prep the coffee that we didn't head out until 6:00. She was very patient. Usually I just throw on enough clothes to take her out for five minutes and let her do her business right away, then I come back in and do all the other chores mentioned above. After that we go for our long walk. But I knew this morning that I only wanted to do the outside thing once.

We went for our full mile walk, appreciating the beauty of the neighborhood. Wow. My office is closed today, but Deb has to go to work. People need their liquor on snow days. The store usually does get quite a few walk-ins on snow days. The owner is already there, but he lives close enough to walk there.

Angel ate Deb's peanut butter and jelly sandwich that she'd made to take to work for breakfast. Just helped herself from the counter like Deb made that sandwich for her favorite dog. Then she did that dog with peanut butter on the roof of her mouth thing. We couldn't even get mad at her. Just too cute.
